Abstract

ABSTRACT Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan modal intelektual dosen untuk mencapai visi universitas. Modal inteleltual dosen difahami sebagai aset pengetahuan yang dimiliki perguruan tinggi yang paling utama, yang sangat berperan dalam menjalankan aktivitas universitas dalam menjalakan pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian pada masyarakat sebagai fungsi utama perguruan tinggi. Diyakini oleh penelitian bahwa modal intelektual dosen merupakan satu satunya intangible asset yang mampu menciptakan keunggulan universitas di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Informan adalah 23 orang pimpinan dan dosen di Universitas Buana Perjuangan (UBP) Karawang, yang berperan dalam melakukan perencanaan universitas, dan juga berperan sebagai pelaksana yang diharapkan akan memberikan pengalamannya selama menjalankan perencanaan modal inteketual dosen selama ini, terdiri dari terdiri dari rektor, wakil rektor, dekan, koordinator pogram studi dan dosen. Metode analisis menggunakan fenomenologi, Analisis data utama menggunakan analisis konten, analisis. Untuk memahami konteks visi dan pencapaian visi digunakan ananalisis matrik internal dan Input-Proses-Output (IPO) Analisis. Hasil penelitian dimaknai bahwa universitas membuat visi melalui proses analisis potensi, konsultasi kepada stakeholder dan dimusyawarahkan dalam rapat senat, ditetapkan dengan surat keputusan rektor, disosialisasikan dan dibuatkan renstra dan renop untuk strategi pencapaianya. Kebutuhan modal intelektual dosen untuk mencapivi universitas meliputi aspek pendidikan dosen minimal magister yang linier, memiliki keterampilan, kemampuan, dan aspek pendukungan kreatifitas, inovasi, perilaku. Perencanan Human capital dosen diarahkan sesuai pada kebutuhan di atas. Pemaknaan perencanaan organizational capital dosen mengacu pada peran dosen dalam menggunakan potensinya untuk menggerakkan universitas melalui pebuatan dokumen tata kelola, menciptakan teknologi, metoda, system, disain dan pendukungnya serta perang menggerakkan universitas. Perencanaan Relational Capital dosen dimaknai perencanaan peran dosen untuk melakukan relasi internal dan eksternal dalam menggerakkan tridarma dan pendukungnya untuk mencapai visi universitas. *********************8 ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the intellectual capital planning of lecturers to achieve the university's vision. Intellectual capital of lecturers is understood as the most important asset of knowledge possessed by universities, which is very instrumental in carrying out university activities in running education, research and service as the main function of higher education. It is believed by the research that lecturer intellectual capital is the only intangible asset that can create university excellence in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The informants are 23 leaders and lecturers at Buana Perjuangan University (UBP) Karawang, who play a role in university planning, and also act as executors who are expected to provide their experience during carrying out the intellectual capital planning of lecturers so far, consisting of the rector, deputy rector , dean, study program coordinator and lecturer. The method of analysis uses phenomenology, Analysis of the main data uses content analysis, analysis. To understand the context of vision and achievement of vision used an internal matrix analysis and Input-Process-Output (IPO) Analysis. The results of the study meant that the university made a vision through a process of potential analysis, consultation with stakeholders and deliberated in a senate meeting, determined by the chancellor's decree, socialized and made strategic plans and operational plans for its achievement strategy. The intellectual capital needs of lecturers to achieve university include aspects of lecturer education at least a linear master, have the skills, abilities, and aspects of supporting creativity, innovation, behavior. The lecturer Human capital planning is directed according to the needs above. The meaning of organizational capital planning refers to the role of lecturers in using their potential to move the university through the creation of governance documents, creating technology, methods, systems, designs and supporters as well as the war moving the university. The lecturer Relational Capital planning is interpreted as the lecturer role planning to carry out internal and external relations in moving the Tridarma and its supporters to achieve the university's vision.
