Abstract

Penerapan Learning Management System (LMS) menjadi salah satu upaya sekolah dalam mendukung transformasi pembelajaran berbasis digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi manajerial yang tepat agar implementasi LMS dapat berjalan secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi manajerial dalam penerapan Learning Management System (LMS) di SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta yang meliputi perencanaan, koordinasi, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan monitoring, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajerial dalam penerapan LMS di SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta telah berjalan dengan baik melalui perencanaan yang sistematis, koordinasi tim yang efektif, pelaksanaan pelatihan guru, serta evaluasi dan monitoring secara berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan implementasi LMS didukung oleh kompetensi sumber daya manusia, kebijakan sekolah, sarana dan prasarana, serta keberadaan tim pengelola LMS. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi perbedaan kompetensi digital pengguna, kestabilan jaringan internet, dan kebutuhan pemeliharaan sistem. Secara keseluruhan, strategi manajerial yang diterapkan mampu mendukung implementasi LMS sebagai bagian dari transformasi pembelajaran digital di SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta. ***** The implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the school's efforts to support digital learning transformation. Therefore, appropriate managerial strategies are required to ensure that LMS implementation is effective and sustainable. This study aims to describe the managerial strategies for implementing the Learning Management System (LMS) at SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta, including planning, coordination, implementation, evaluation and monitoring, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the managerial strategies for LMS implementation at SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta have been carried out effectively through systematic planning, effective team coordination, teacher training, and continuous evaluation and monitoring. The successful implementation of the LMS is supported by competent human resources, school policies, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the existence of an LMS management team. Meanwhile, the main obstacles include differences in users' digital competencies, unstable internet connectivity, and the need for regular system maintenance. Overall, the managerial strategies implemented have successfully supported LMS implementation as part of the digital learning transformation at SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta.
