Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX dan mengembangkan prototype high-fidelity Platform web pemesanan katering makanan sehat bernama NutriGo dengan pendekatan Human-Centered Design. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan sistemis yang dihadapi konsumen dalam proses pemesanan katering makanan sehat, mulai dari ketiadaan informasi menu dan harga yang transparan, ketergantungan pada komunikasi manual melalui WhatsApp dan media sosial, hingga ketidaksesuaian pesanan akibat tidak adanya sistem manajemen pesanan yang terstandarisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang diintegrasikan dengan lima tahapan Design Thinking, yaitu Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test, sehingga proses perancangan tetap berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah calon pengguna layanan katering makanan sehat berbasis aplikasi, dengan teknik non-probability sampling berupa convenience sampling untuk 30 responden pengujian usability dan purposive sampling untuk 5 responden wawancara Behavioral Intention. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terbuka, skenario pengujian prototype, kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS), dan wawancara semi-terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan skor SUS berdasarkan Brooke (1996) serta analisis tematik untuk data kualitatif hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype Platform NutriGo memperoleh rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 81,33 yang termasuk dalam kategori Excellent dan berada di atas batas penerimaan minimum, serta seluruh responden menyatakan niat positif pada ketiga indikator Behavioral Intention, yaitu Intention to Use, Continuance Intention, dan Recommendation Intention. Berdasarkan temuan dan keterbatasan penelitian, direkomendasikan pengembangan lanjutan berupa integrasi Backend, database produksi, payment gateway, dan Maps API, penggunaan sampel yang lebih representatif, evaluasi usability untuk peran Admin dan Driver, serta pengukuran Behavioral Intention secara kuantitatif menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model pada penelitian selanjutnya. **** This study aims to design the UI/UX and develop a high-fidelity prototype of a web-based platform for ordering healthy food catering named NutriGo using a Human-Centered Design approach. The research background is grounded in systemic problems faced by consumers when ordering healthy food catering, including the absence of transparent menu and price information, dependence on manual communication through WhatsApp and social media, and order discrepancies caused by the lack of a standardized order management system. This research applies the Waterfall system development method integrated with five stages of Design Thinking, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, so that the design process remains centered on user needs. The unit of analysis in this study is prospective users of an application-based healthy food catering service, using a non-probability sampling technique in the form of convenience sampling for 30 usability testing respondents and purposive sampling for 5 respondents interviewed regarding Behavioral Intention. Data were collected through open-ended questionnaires, prototype testing scenarios, a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using the SUS scoring method based on Brooke (1996) as well as thematic analysis for the qualitative interview data. The results show that the NutriGo platform prototype obtained an average SUS score of 81.33, which falls into the Excellent category and exceeds the minimum acceptance threshold, while all respondents expressed positive intentions on the three Behavioral Intention indicators, namely Intention to Use, Continuance Intention, and Recommendation Intention. Based on these findings and the limitations identified, further development is recommended in the form of Backend integration, a production database, a payment gateway, and a Maps API, the use of a more representative sample, formal usability evaluation for the Admin and Driver roles, and quantitative measurement of Behavioral Intention using the Technology Acceptance Model in future research.
