Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi, modus, dan bentuk tindak tutur ekspresif dalam interaksi Kenneth Matthew. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan komunikasi digital yang mengubah penggunaan bahasa, tidak hanya untuk menyampaikan informasi, tetapi juga untuk mengekspresikan perasaan dan emosi. Fenomena tersebut terlihat dalam interaksi pada konten TikTok, yang menjadi salah satu media komunikasi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kajian pragmatik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari video pada akun TikTok @imchika21. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode simak dengan teknik lanjutan berupa teknik simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC) dan catat. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan pragmatis dengan teknik Pilah Unsur Penentu (PUP), yaitu menganalisis data berdasarkan konteks tuturan sebagai alat penentu untuk mengidentifikasi fungsi, modus, dan bentuk tindak tutur ekspresif.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat total 40 data tindak tutur ekspresif. Berdasarkan aspek fungsi, ditemukan tujuh kategori fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif, meliputi mengucapkan terima kasih sebanyak 5 data, mengucapkan selamat sebanyak 1 data, memuji sebanyak 5 data, meminta maaf sebanyak 5 data, menyalahkan sebanyak 1 data, mengkritik sebanyak 10 data, dan mengeluh sebanyak 13 data. Berdasarkan aspek modus, ditemukan satu jenis modus, yaitu modus deklaratif sebanyak 40 data. Sementara itu, berdasarkan aspek bentuk, ditemukan satu jenis bentuk, yaitu tindak tutur langsung literal sebanyak 40 data. Dengan demikian, fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah mengeluh, sedangkan seluruh data penelitian direalisasikan melalui modus deklaratif dan bentuk tindak tutur langsung literal. ***** This study aims to describe the function, mode, and form of expressive speech acts in Kenneth Matthew's interactions. This study is motivated by the development of digital communication that changes the use of language, not only to convey information, but also to express feelings and emotions. This phenomenon is seen in interactions on TikTok content, which is one of the digital communication media. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and pragmatic studies. The data source in this study was obtained from videos on the TikTok account @imchika21. The data collection technique was carried out using the listening method with advanced techniques in the form of the free listening and conversation (SBLC) technique and note-taking. The data analysis method used is the pragmatic matching method with the Determining Elements (PUP) technique, which analyzes data based on the context of the speech as a determining tool to identify the function, mode, and form of expressive speech acts. The results of the study show that there are a total of 40 expressive speech act data. Based on the function aspect, seven categories of expressive speech act functions were found, including saying thank you (5 data), saying congratulations (1 data), praising (5 data), apologizing (5 data), blaming (1 data), criticizing (10 data), and complaining (13 data). Based on the mode aspect, one type of mode was found, namely the declarative mode (40 data). Meanwhile, based on the form aspect, one type of form was found, namely the direct literal speech act (40 data). Thus, the most frequently found expressive speech act function was complaining, while all research data were realized through the declarative mode and the direct literal speech act form.
