Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Pulo Gadung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen model pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari kelas V-A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V-B sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli sebelum digunakan. Hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji Independent Sample t-test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match berbantuan media gambar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa sekolah dasar.***** This study aims to determine the effect of the Make a Match cooperative learning model on Social Studies learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students in Pulo Gadung District. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-postest control group design. The research sample consisted of class V-A as the experimental group and class V-B as the control group. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test that had been validated by experts prior to its use. The results of the normality and homogeneity tests indicated that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the Independent Samples t-test showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the implementation of the Make a Match cooperative learning model had a significant effect on students' social studies learning outcomes. Therefore, the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by picture media had a positive effect on the social studies learning outcomes of elementary school students.
