Abstract
= 0.000). Daya jelasmodel tergolong kuat, ditunjukkan oleh R = 0,578 and R Square = 0,334 (Adjusted RSquare = 0,325), sehingga 33,4% variasi OCB dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel secarasimultan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar model. ***** This study was conducted at Public Junior High School in North Jakarta Municipality from May 2026 to July 2026 to examine The Effect of Procedural Justice and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). A quantitative survey approach was used, with a population of 265 Civil Servant Teacher and a sample determined using the Slovin formula; research data was collected from 159 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed through prerequisite testing (including the Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test) and hypothesis testing using a multiple regression model to estimate the partial and simultaneous effects of the two independent variables on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The test results showed a simultaneous regression model of Ŷ = 29,815 + 0,527X₁ + 0,245X₂, which confirmed that an increase in Procedural Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) was associated with an increase in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Partially, Procedural Justice had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (t = 5.332; Sig. = 0.000), while Job Satisfaction also showed a positive and significant effect (t = 4.452; Sig. = 0.000). The model exhibited strong explanatory power, as reflected by R = 0,578 and R Square = 0,334 (Adjusted R Square = 0,325), indicating that 33,4% of the variance in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can be explained by both variables simultaneously, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the model.
