Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul pencegahan kekerasan seksual bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling sebelum Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Studi pendahuluan melalui kuesioner, wawancara guru BK, dan penggalian pengalaman PKL menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat siswa yang mengalami atau berhadapan dengan situasi yang mengarah pada kekerasan seksual serta adanya permasalahan dalam kemampuan siswa untuk bersikap asertif, menetapkan batas pribadi, dan merespons situasi yang berpotensi menimbulkan kekerasan seksual. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahap, yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan siswa sebesar 73% yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa meskipun siswa telah memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai kekerasan seksual, masih diperlukan penguatan keterampilan pencegahan, khususnya keterampilan asertif dalam melindungi diri selama PKL. Tahap pengembangan menghasilkan e-modul berbasis Heyzine Flipbook yang memuat materi tentang pengertian, bentuk, faktor risiko, dampak, hak korban, dasar hukum, keterampilan dan strategi pencegahan, serta prosedur pelaporan kekerasan seksual saat PKL. Hasil validasi menunjukkan e-modul sangat layak digunakan dengan skor ahli materi 91,07%, ahli media 91,07%, dan uji keterbacaan siswa 96,04%. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mengimplementasikan e-modul secara lebih luas untuk menguji efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa. ***** This study aims to develop an e-module for preventing sexual violence for Vocational High School (SMK) students as a medium for guidance and counseling services before Field Work Practice (PKL). Preliminary studies using questionnaires, interviews with guidance counselors, and exploration of PKL experiences indicate that there are still students who experience or face situations that lead to sexual violence and there are problems in students' abilities to be assertive, set personal boundaries, and respond to situations that have the potential to cause sexual violence. The study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The analysis results show that the average level of student knowledge is 73%, which is included in the moderate category. These findings indicate that although students already have basic knowledge about sexual violence, there is still a need to strengthen prevention skills, especially assertive skills in protecting themselves during PKL. The development stage resulted in an e-module based on Heyzine Flipbook that contains material on the definition, forms, risk factors, impacts, victims' rights, legal basis, prevention skills and strategies, and procedures for reporting sexual violence during PKL. Validation results showed that the e-module was very suitable for use with a score of 91.07% from material experts, 91.07% from media experts, and 95.58% from students' readability test. Future research is expected to implement the e-module more widely to test its effectiveness in improving student knowledge.
