Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Buku Pedoman Digital Analisis Kebutuhan Media Pembelajaran pada Pelatihan Jarak Jauh Bidang Kesehatan di Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Produk ini dikembangkan sebagai acuan bagi Tim Kerja Perencanaan, Pemetaan, dan Pengembangan Pelatihan Bidang Kesehatan dalam melakukan analisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran secara sistematis, terarah, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelatihan jarak jauh. Prosedur pengembangan mengacu pada model Rowntree yang terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap persiapan penulisan, serta tahap penulisan dan penyuntingan. Evaluasi formatif dilakukan melalui review ahli dan uji coba pengguna. Review ahli melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain instruksional. Uji coba pengguna dilakukan melalui face-to-face tryouts kepada 3 pengguna dan field trials kepada 15 pengguna. Hasil review ahli materi memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,60 dengan kategori sangat layak, ahli media memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,71 dengan kategori sangat layak, dan ahli desain instruksional memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,70 dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba face-to-face tryouts memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,72 dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil uji coba lapangan field trials memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,76 dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, Buku Pedoman Digital Analisis Kebutuhan Media Pembelajaran dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan analisis kebutuhan media pembelajaran pada pelatihan jarak jauh bidang kesehatan. **** This study aimed to develop a “Digital Guidebook for Learning Media Needs Analysis in Distance Training in the Health Sector at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.” The product was developed as a reference for the Planning, Mapping, and Development of Health Training Working Team in conducting learning media needs analysis systematically, purposefully, and in accordance with the needs of distance training. The development procedure referred to Rowntree’s model, which consists of three stages: planning, preparation for writing, and writing and editing. Formative evaluation was conducted through expert review and user trials. The expert review involved a material expert, a media expert, and an instructional design expert. User trials were conducted through face-to-face tryouts involving 3 users and field trials involving 15 users. The result of the material expert review obtained an average score of 3.60, categorized as highly feasible. The media expert review obtained an average score of 3.71, categorized as highly feasible, while the instructional design expert review obtained an average score of 3.70, categorized as highly feasible. The face-to-face tryouts obtained an average score of 3.72, categorized as highly feasible, and the field trials obtained an average score of 3.76, also categorized as highly feasible. Based on these results, the Digital Guidebook for Learning Media Needs Analysis is considered highly feasible to be used as a reference in conducting learning media needs analysis for distance training in the health sector.
