Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas film, online customer rating, dan online customer reviews terhadap keputusan menonton One Punch Man Season 3 pada Generasi Z di Indonesia. Fenomena penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beragam penilaian terhadap One Punch Man Season 3, terutama terkait kualitas animasi, serta munculnya berbagai rating dan ulasan pengguna di platform digital yang diduga memengaruhi keputusan menonton. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Generasi Z di Indonesia yang mengetahui One Punch Man Season 3. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 190 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas film berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menonton dengan nilai thitung sebesar 12,497 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Online customer rating juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menonton dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,053 dan nilai signifikansi 0,003. Selanjutnya, online customer reviews berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menonton dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,078 dan nilai signifikansi 0,039. Secara simultan, kualitas film, online customer rating, dan online customer reviews berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menonton One Punch Man Season 3. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sebesar 68,5% variasi keputusan menonton, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. **** This study aims to analyze the influence of film quality, online customer ratings, and online customer reviews on the decision of Generation Z in Indonesia to watch One Punch Man Season 3. The study is motivated by the mixed assessments of One Punch Man Season 3 particularly regarding animation quality and the emergence of various user ratings and reviews on digital platforms that are believed to influence viewing decisions. A quantitative research method with a survey approach was employed. The study population consisted of Generation Z individuals in Indonesia who were aware of One Punch Man Season 3. Purposive sampling was used to select 190 respondents. Data were collected via an online questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale. The results indicate that film quality has a positive and significant effect on the viewing decision, with a t-value of 12.497 and a significance value of 0.000. Online customer ratings also have a positive and significant effect on the viewing decision, with a t-value of 3.053 and a significance value of 0.003. Furthermore, online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on the viewing decision, with a t-value of 2.078 and a significance value of 0.039. Collectively, film quality, online customer ratings, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on the decision to watch One Punch Man Season 3. The coefficient of determination indicates that the three independent variables explain 68.5% of the variation in viewing decisions, while the remaining 31.5% is influenced by variables outside the scope of this study.
