Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, sekolah dasar menghadapi tantangan baru dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar sehingga guru menjadi elemen kunci dalam keberhasilan penyelenggaraan Pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital leadership terhadap academic performance melalui AI self-efficacy pada Guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Cikarang Utara. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada para guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Cikarang Utara. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas yaitu digital leadership, variabel terikat yaitu academic performance, dan variabel mediasi yaitu AI self-efficacy. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara digital leadership terhadap academic performance. Digital leadership juga memiliki pengaruh poistif dan signifikan terhadap AI self-efficacy, sebaliknya AI self-efficacy terdapat pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap academic performance, serta digital leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap academic performance melalui AI self-efficacy. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya penguatan digital leadership sebagai faktor utama peningkatan academic performance guru, serta AI self-efficacy perlu tetap dikembangkan, tetapi lebih sebagai faktor pendukung. Kata Kunci: Digital Leadership, Academic Performance, AI Self-Efficacy, Guru, Sekolah Dasar. ***** Currently digital era, elementary schools face new challenges in the teaching and learning process, positioning teachers as key actors in the success of education delivery. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital leadership on academic performance through AI self-efficacy among teachers in public elementary schools in Cikarang Utara District. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers in Cikarang Utara. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS to examine the effects of the independent variable (digital leadership), the dependent variable (academic performance), and the mediating variable (AI self-efficacy). The findings reveal that digital leadership has a positive and significant influence on academic performance. Digital leadership also exerts a positive and significant effect on AI self-efficacy. Conversely, AI self efficacy demonstrates a negative and non-significant effect on academic performance, and digital leadership does not exert an indirect influence on academic performance through AI self-efficacy. These results underscore the importance of strengthening digital leadership as the primary factor in enhancing teachers’ academic performance. Meanwhile, AI self-efficacy should continue to be developed, but more as a supporting factor rather than a mediating variable.
