Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh peran keluarga terhadap keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas pada murid dengan hambatan majemuk (mdvi). Metode yang digunakan adalah single subject research (SSR) dengan menggunakan desain A-B-A. Penelitian ini pada murid kelas VII SMPLB SLB Negeri 9 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu observasi dan pelaksanaan metode A-B-A. Pada tahap observasi peneliti melakukan asesmen untuk mengetahui keterampilan anak dalam orientasi dan mobilitas. Pada tahap ini, anak belum mampu melakukan keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas. Kemudian pada tahap baseline pertama (A1) murid mempraktikkan keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas pra tongkat tanpa diberikan bantuan. Tahap intervensi (B) murid diberikan intervensi yaitu dengan peran keluarga untuk meningkatkan keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas. Tahap baseline kedua (A2), murid melakukan praktik orientasi mobilitas pra tongkat setelah diberikan intervensi tanpa diberikan bantuan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari peran keluarga. Praktik orientasi dan mobilitas ini melalui peran keluarga mengalami peningkatan keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas dari yang sebelumnya 33,3% menjadi 62,72%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode single subject research (SSR), peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa melalui peran keluarga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan orientasi dan mobilitas pada murid hambatan majemuk (mdvi). The method used is single subject research (SSR) with an A-B-A design. The study was conducted on seventh graders at SMPLB SLB Negeri 9 Jakarta. The data collection technique involved several steps, namely observation and implementation of the A-B-A method. In the observation stage, the researcher conducted an assessment to determine the child's skills in orientation and mobility. At this stage, the child was not yet able to perform orientation and mobility skills. Then, at the first baseline stage (A1), the student practiced pre-cane orientation and mobility skills without assistance. In the intervention stage (B), the student was given an intervention involving family involvement to improve orientation and mobility skills. In the second baseline stage (A2), the student practiced pre-cane mobility orientation after receiving interventions without any assistance, to see the impact of the family's role. The orientation and mobility practice, with the family's involvement, showed an improvement in orientation and mobility skills from 33.3% to 62.72%. Based on research conducted using the single subject research (SSR) method, the researcher concluded that the family's role influences the orientation and mobility skills of students with multiple disabilities (MDVI).
