Abstract

Transformasi digital pada era Society 5.0 menuntut sekolah untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aspek pengelolaan pendidikan, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan Gerakan Sekolah Sehat (GSS). Namun, pengelolaan program sekolah sehat di banyak sekolah masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga proses monitoring, dokumentasi, pelaporan, dan evaluasi program belum berjalan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Model Manajemen Sekolah Sehat Berbasis Web (SEHATI) pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sebagai upaya mendukung pengelolaan sekolah sehat yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model Borg dan Gall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, validasi ahli, revisi produk, uji coba terbatas, dan penyempurnaan produk akhir. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli Manajemen Pendidikan, ahli Teknologi Informasi, dan ahli Kesehatan, sedangkan uji coba terbatas dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 5 Kota Bogor dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, koordinator UKS, guru, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model SEHATI berupa sistem berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan fungsi manajemen pendidikan melalui pendekatan Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling (POAC) dengan implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dan Trias UKS. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa model dan website SEHATI dinilai layak, mudah digunakan, serta mampu mendukung monitoring perilaku hidup sehat, pengelolaan program sekolah sehat, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Hasil uji coba juga menunjukkan respons positif dari pengguna terhadap kemudahan penggunaan dan manfaat sistem dalam mendukung budaya sekolah sehat. Dengan demikian, model Manajemen Sekolah Sehat Berbasis Web SEHATI dinyatakan layak sebagai inovasi manajemen sekolah sehat berbasis digital yang mampu mendukung transformasi pengelolaan sekolah sehat secara lebih sistematis, efektif, efisien, dan berkelanjutan pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Kata Kunci: sekolah sehat, manajemen sekolah, sistem berbasis web, Gerakan Sekolah Sehat, SEHATI ***** The digital transformation in the Society 5.0 era requires schools to integrate information technology into various aspects of educational management, including the implementation of the Healthy School Movement (Gerakan Sekolah Sehat/GSS). However, the management of healthy school programs in many schools is still conducted manually, resulting in suboptimal monitoring, documentation, reporting, and program evaluation. This study aimed to develop a Web-Based Healthy School Management Model (SEHATI) for junior high schools to support more effective, efficient, and data-driven healthy school management. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting the Borg and Gall model, which consisted of needs analysis, planning, preliminary product development, expert validation, product revision, limited field testing, and final product refinement. The validation process involved experts in Educational Management, Information Technology, and Health, while the limited field trial was conducted at SMP Negeri 5 Kota Bogor involving the principal, the school health coordinator, teachers, and students. The study produced the SEHATI model, a web-based system that integrates educational management functions through the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) approach with the implementation of the Healthy School Movement and the School Health Program (Trias UKS). The validation results indicated that the SEHATI model and website were feasible, user-friendly, and capable of supporting healthy behavior monitoring, healthy school program management, activity documentation, and data-driven decision-making. The field trial also demonstrated positive user responses regarding the system's ease of use and its contribution to fostering a healthy school culture. Therefore, the SEHATI Web-Based Healthy School Management Model is considered a feasible digital innovation that supports the transformation of healthy school management into a more systematic, effective, efficient, and sustainable approach at the junior high school level.
