Abstract

Pendidikan dasar tidak hanya bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan potensi peserta didik secara utuh. Pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara melalui Pancadarma dan Sistem Among memberikan dasar filosofis tentang pendidikan yang memerdekakan, berpusat pada peserta didik, dan sesuai dengan nilai kemanusiaan. Namun, implementasi nilai-nilai tersebut dalam praktik sekolah dasar masih perlu dikaji secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara tentang Pancadarma dan Sistem Among di SD Labschool Cibubur, meliputi penerapan nilai Pancadarma, pelaksanaan Sistem Among dalam pembelajaran, integrasi keduanya dalam budaya sekolah, dampaknya terhadap karakter siswa dan proses pembelajaran, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis etnografi Spradley, yaitu analisis domain, taksonomi, komponensial, dan tema budaya. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancadarma di SD Labschool Cibubur tidak diajarkan sebagai materi khusus, tetapi diterapkan dalam budaya sekolah, pembelajaran, program pengembangan diri, dan interaksi warga sekolah. Sistem Among diterapkan melalui peran guru sebagai pamong yang memberikan keteladanan, motivasi, kebebasan yang bertanggung jawab, serta pendampingan melalui prinsip Asah, Asih, dan Asuh. Implementasi Pancadarma dan Sistem Among memberikan dampak terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa seperti disiplin, tanggung jawab, kemandirian, kepedulian sosial, toleransi, dan nasionalisme, serta mendukung pembelajaran yang aktif, kolaboratif, dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara tentang Pancadarma dan Sistem Among dapat diterapkan sebagai budaya pendidikan di sekolah dasar modern. Pancadarma berfungsi sebagai dasar nilai pendidikan, sedangkan Sistem Among menjadi pendekatan dalam membimbing peserta didik untuk berkembang sesuai potensinya. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts, through the Pancadarma and Among System, provide a philosophical foundation for education that is liberating, student-centered, and in accordance with humanitarian values. However, the implementation of these values in elementary school practice still requires in-depth study. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts on the Pancadarma and Among System at Labschool Cibubur Elementary School, including the application of the Pancadarma values, the implementation of the Among System in learning, the integration of both into school culture, their impact on student character and the learning process, and the supporting and inhibiting factors for their implementation. This study used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with the principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data analysis was conducted through Spradley's ethnographic analysis stages: domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, componential analysis, and cultural themes analysis. Data validity was achieved through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of this study indicate that the Pancadarma values at Labschool Cibubur Elementary School are not taught as specific material, but are implemented in school culture, learning, self-development programs, and interactions within the school community. The Among System is implemented through the role of teachers as mentors who provide role models, motivation, responsible freedom, and mentoring through the principles of Asah (Sharpening), Asih (Love), and Asuh (Nurturing). The implementation of Pancadarma and the Among System impacts student character development, including discipline, responsibility, independence, social awareness, tolerance, and nationalism, while also supporting active, collaborative, and student-centered learning. The study's conclusions indicate that Ki Hadjar Dewantara's thoughts on Pancadarma and the Among System can be implemented as an educational culture in modern elementary schools. Pancadarma serves as the foundation for educational values, while the Among System serves as an approach to guiding students to develop according to their potential.
