Abstract

Setiap personel TNI Angkatan Laut pada era saat ini dituntut untuk selalu menigkatkan kinerjanya, hal ini terkait dengan perkembangan peradaban yang menuntut tingginya kemampuan daya saing. Kondisi ini tak terkecuali terjadi pada strata pangkat kolonel yang merupakan leader dalam organisasi TNI karena stratanya yang berada pada strata perwira menengah harus mampu menunjuukan kinerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, sikap profesi dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja perwira berangkat kolonel di Mabes TNI AL. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Path Analysis dengan penekanan pada gaya kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, 2. Sikap profesi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, 3. Kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, 4. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan, 5. Sikap profesi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayan, 6. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap kinerja melalui kepercayaan, 7. Sikap profesi berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap kinerja melalui kepercayaan, jadi gaya kepemimpinan, sikap profesi memainkan peran penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja perwita berpangkat kolonel di TNI Angkatan Laut. Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, sikap profesi, kepercayaan dan kinerja Every Navy personnel in the current era is demanded to always improve their performance, this is related to the development of civilization that demands high competitiveness. This condition is no exception for the ranks of the Colonel who is a leader in the TNI organization because his strata in the middle officers must be able to show optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style variables, professional attitudes and beliefs on the performance of officers leaving the colonel at the Indonesian Navy Headquarters. This type of research is a quantitative study using the Path Analysis method. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style has a direct positive effect on performance, 2. Professional attitude has a direct positive effect on performance.3. Trust has a direct positive effect on performance, 4. Leadership style has a direct positive effect on trust, 5. Professional attitude has a positive direct effect on Trust, 6. Leadership style has a positive indirect effect on performance through trust, 7. Professional attitude has a positive indirect effect on performance Through trust, So leadership style, professional attitude plays an important role to improve the performance of officers with the rank of colonel in the Navy.
