Abstract

Penelitian inibertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku inovatif instruktur penerbang pada sekolah pembentukan penerbang di Indonesia, khususnya dilihatberdasarkan faktorbudaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen profesi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan sampel sebanyak 98 instruktur penerbang yang diambil secara acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen profesi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap perilaku inovatif, serta budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen profesional. Sementarakepuasan kerjatidak berpengaruhlangsung terhadapkomitmen profesi. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa komitmen profesi berperan memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku inovatif, serta kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka faktor budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen profesi harus diposisikan sebagai faktor strategis dan terus ditingkatkan dalam proses pengelolaan organisasi pada sekolah pembentukan penerbang. Penelitian ini juga mengajukan model integratif perilaku inovatif untuk digunakan sebagai kerangka berpikir dalam meningkatkan perilaku inovatif instrukturpenerbangpadasekolahpembentukanpenerbang. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the flight instructors innovative behavior at flight schools in Indonesia, especially based on organizational culture, job satisfaction and professional commitment. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method with a sample of 98 flight instructors taken through simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and data analysis using path analysis. The findings in the study indicate that organizational culture, job satisfaction and professional commitment have a positive direct effect on innovative behavior, and organizational culture have a positive direct effect on job satisfaction and professional commitment. While for job satisfaction does not directly affect on professional commitment. Other findings indicate that professional commitment plays a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on innovative behavior, and job satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture on innovative behavior. Based on the results of this study, the factors of organizational culture, job satisfaction and professional commitment must be positioned asa strategic factors andcontinously improved in the process of organizational management at flight schools. This research also proposes an integrative model of innovative behavior to be used as a framework inimprovingtheflightinstructorsinnovativebehaviorinflihgtschool.
