Abstract
This research aims to prove the effect of management effectiveness, work culture, quality of work life on employee engagement on e-learning lecturer at Universitas Mercu Buana. It uses a quantitative approach, survey methods and path analysis. Simple random sampling was applied to get 220 samples. Data were analyzed with Excell and SPSS 22.00 version. The results of this research showed that (1) management effectiveness has positive direct effect on employee engagement; (2) work culture has direct effect on employee engagement; (3) quality of work life has direct effect on employee engagement ; (4) management effectiveness has direct effect on quality of work life; (5) work culture has direct effect on employee engagement;(6) management effectiveness has direct effect on work culture, (7) management effectiveness has positive indirect effect on employee engagement through work culture, (8) management effectiveness has positive indirect effect on employee engagement through quality of work life and (9) work culture has indirect positive effect on employee engagement through quality of work life. Novelty at this research is the research model has never been used in the Universitas Mercu Buana. The implication of this research is to improve employee engagement which lead to better teaching performance and in line with the university vision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh efektivitas manajemen, budaya kerja, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap keterlibatan karyawan pada dosen e-learning di Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode survei dan analisis jalur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 220 dosen. Data dianalisis menggunakan Excell dan SPSS versi 22,00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) efektifitas manajemen berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap employee engagement; (2) budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada employee engagement; (3) quality of work life berpengaruh langsung positif pada employee engagement; (4) efektifitas manajemen berpengaruh langsung positif pada quality of work life; (5) budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada employee engagement; dan (6) efektifitas manajemen berpengaruh langsung positif pada budaya kerja. (7) efektifitas manajemen berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap employee engagement melalui budaya kerja, (8) efektifitas manajemen berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap employee engagement melalui quality of work life, (9) budaya kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap employee engagement melalui quality of work life. Keterbaruan dalam penelitian adalah sebuah model yang belum pernah diteliti sebelumnya pada lingkungan Universitas Mercu Buana Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan employee engagement, agar dapat melakukan tugas mengajar yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar serta memenuhi visi dan misi Universitas Mercu Buana.
