Abstract

ABSTRAK Nurul Qomariah, Pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Kalam II (Al-Kalam Al-Mutawasith) Berbasis CEFR (Common European Framework Reference For Language) Melalui Blended Learning. Skripsi: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Kalam II Berbasis CEFR Menggunakan Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan berdasarkan Model ADDIE (Analize, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation), Peneliti membatasi empat langkah dalam metode ADDIE karena peneliti memperoleh kesulitan dalam memperoleh data penelitian dan dalam langkah implementasi disebabkan pandemi Covid-19 yaitu dengan langkah: yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analyze), Analisis kebutuhan dari Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab terhadap RPS Kalam II, (2) Desain (Design), peneliti merancang pengembangan RPS Kalam II yang disesuaikan dengan CEFR tingkat A2 dan blended learning . (3) Pengembangan (Development), (4) Penilaian produk dilakukan oleh ahli review. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang diperoleh dari data sejumlah 20 orang diperoleh, indeks kebutuhan terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester Kalam II berdasarkan Blended Learning adalah 2,55 (dengan skala 1-3) dengan diperoleh angka 2,55 maka RPS Kalam II berdasarkan Blended Learning sangat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan penilaian ahli review terhadap RPS kalam II (Al-Kalam Al-Mutawassith) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning, memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,88 dan termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dengan demikian, rencana pembelajaran semester kalam II (Al-Kalam Al Mutawassith) berbasis CEFR melalui Blended Learning sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Mata kuliah Kalam II ini mencakup : memahami kalimat dan ungkapan yang sering digunakan terkait dengan bidang yang relevan (seperti:percakapan didalam pesawat dan percakapan mengenai perjalanan ke menggunakan pesawat, liburan, rekreasi juga berkemah dsb.), berkomunikasi dalam tugas-tugas sederhana dan rutin yang membutuhkan pertukaran informasi yang sederhana dan langsung mengenai topik dan kegiatan yang sudah lazim dan rutin (seperti:memesan penginapan, kegiatan berbelanja dsb.), dapat menggambarkan secara sederhana aspek-aspek latar belakangnya, lingkungan langsung dan hal-hal lain. ABSTRACT Nurul Qomariah, Development Plan for Education Semester Kalam II (Al–Kalam Al–Mutawasith) Based on CEFR (Common European Framework Reference For Language) Using Blended Learning . Thesis : Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Juli 2020. This study aims to produce the Kalam II Semester Learning Plan Based on CEFR Using Blended Learning. The method used in this study is a method of development based on the ADDIE Model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation, The researcher limits the four steps in the ADDIE method because the researcher finds difficulties and obstacles to get the data and in the implementation steps due to the Corona virus. namely: (1) Analysis (Analysis), Analysis of the needs of Students of Educational Study Programs Arabic on RPS Kalam 2, (2) Design, the researchers designed the development of RPS Kalam 2 which was adjusted to CEFR A2 level and blended learning, (3) Development, (4) Product assessment was carried out by expert review. Based on the analysis of the needs obtained from the data of 20 people obtained, the index of needs for the Lesson 2 Semester Learning Plan based on Blended Learning is 2.55 (with a scale of 1-3) with 2.55 obtained then the RPS Kalam 2 based on Blended Learning is needed. Based on the assessment of expert review of RPS kalam 2 (Al-Kalam Al-Mutawassith) based on CEFR through Blended Learning, obtained an average value of 3.88 and included in the category of "Very Good". Thus, the learning plan for semester 2 (Al-Kalam Al-Mutawassith) based on CEFR through Blended Learning is very good and suitable for use in learning. This Kalam II course includes: understanding sentences and expressions that are often used related to the relevant field (such as in-flight conversations and conversations about trips to planes, vacations, recreation also camping etc.), communicating in simple and routine tasks that require a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine topics and activities (such as: booking lodging, shopping activities, etc.), can simply describe aspects of the background, the immediate environment and other things.
