Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pengaruh kepemimpin yang melayani, komitmen afektif, dan kemalasan sosial terhadap produktivitas tenaga pendidik di BP3IP Jakarta. Survai penelitian dilakukan dengan 120 tenaga pendidik. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 92 tenaga pendidik di BP3IP Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1 Pemimpin yang Melayani berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Produktivitas, 2. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Produktivitas, 3. Social Loafing (Kemalasan Sosial) berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap Produktivitas, 4. Pemimpin yang Melayani berpengaruh tidak langsung negatif terhadap Produktivitas melalui Kemalasan Sosial, 5. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh tidak langsung negatif terhadap Produktivitas melalui Kemalasan Sosial. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan yang melayani, komitmen affektif, kemalasan sosial dan produktivitas This study aims to discuss the effect of servant leadership, affective commitment, and social loafing towards the productivity of educators at the BP3IP Jakarta. A research survey was conducted with 120 educators. Research methods carried out through a quantitative approach using path analysis. Samples from this study were 92 educators at the BP3IP Jakarta. The result from this study show that 1 Leaders who Serve have a direct positive effect on Productivity, 2. Affective commitment has a positive direct effect on Productivity, 3. Social Loafing has a direct negative effect on Productivity, 4. Leaders who Serve have a negative indirect effect on Productivity through Social Loafing, 5. Affective Commitments have an effect indirectly negative to Productivity through Social Loafing. Keywords: servant leadership, affective commitment, social loafing and productivity
