Abstract

Pembentukan Karakter Kepemimpinan Dalam Kurikulum Insan At-Taufiq (KIAT). Skripsi. Jakarta: Konsentrasi Ilmu Pendidikan Islam, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2020. Pendidikan karakter diartikan usaha secara sadar untuk mewujudkan kebijakan yaitu kualitas kemanusiaan yang objektif, bukan hanya baik untuk perseorangan tetapi untuk masyarakat yang menyeluruh, selain itu pendidikan karakter merupakan usaha untuk memahami, memperhatikan dan melakukan nilai-nilai etika yang inti Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis terkait analisis nilai-nilai karakter kepemimpinan Siswa dalam Kurikulum Insan At-Taufiq, mengetahui program sekolah dalam mendukung pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan Siswa dan strategi pembelajaran dalam pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan Siswa. Salah satu manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam rangka menganalisa pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan dalam Kurikulum Insan At-Taufiq. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori pendidikan karakter oleh Thomas Lickona dimana terdapat 2 macam nilai yang harus diterapkan yaitu nilai moral dan nonmoral. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, adapun teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, riset kepustakaan dan riset lapangan. Dalam menganalisis data beberapa teknik diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) pembentukan serta pengembangan karakter kepemimpinan yang dirancang oleh tim kurikulum dalam Kurikulum Insan At-Taufiq (KIAT) berjalan sesuai dengan visi, misi serta kolaborasi kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum sekolah. Nilai-nilai karakter kepemimpinan yang harus dijunjung yaitu tanggung jawab, disiplin, mandiri dan leadership of prophet shiddiq (jujur), amanah (terpercaya), tabligh (menyampaikan), fathonah (cerdas) (2) program-program sekolah yang menunjang pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan di luar kelas dirancang sedemikian pula disisipkan nilai responsible-leadership. (3) penerapan pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan dilaksanakan saat pembelajaran dengan penerapan disiplin berkarakter Character education is defined as a conscious effort to realize policies that are objective human qualities, not only good for individuals but for society as a whole, in addition character education is an effort to understand, pay attention and do core ethical values This study aims to describe and analyze the analysis related to the values of Student leadership characters in the Insan At-Taufiq Curriculum, knowing the school program in supporting the formation of Student leadership characters and learning strategies in shaping Student leadership characters. One of the benefits of this research is that it can contribute in order to analyze the formation of leadership character in the Insan At-Taufiq Curriculum. This research uses the theory of character education by Thomas Lickona where there are 2 kinds of values that must be applied, namely moral and non-moral values. This type of research used in this thesis is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach, while data collection techniques include observation, interviews, library research and field research. In analyzing the data, several techniques include data reduction, data presentation and verification The results showed that (1) the formation and development of leadership character designed by the curriculum team in the Insan At-Taufiq Curriculum proceeded in accordance with the vision, mission and collaboration of the national curriculum and school curriculum. The leadership character values that must be upheld are responsibility, discipline, independence and leadership of prophet shiddiq (honest), trustful (trustworthy), tabligh (conveying), fathonah (intelligent) (2) school programs that support the formation of leadership character outside the classroom designed the same as the value of responsible leadership. (3) the application of leadership character formation is carried out during learning by applying character discipline
