Abstract

Noval Abdurohim Hafish, Anisah, MT, Drs. Prihantono, ST. M.Eng. 2020, Kesesuaian Srana Prasarana Utilitas dan Bangunan Pasar Sesuai SNI 8152-2015 tentang Pasar Rakyat (Pada Pasar Tambun Selatan). Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pasar rakyat Tambun Selatan berdasarkan Standar yang ada dalan SNI 8152-2015 tentang Pasar Rakyat, dan mengetahui persepsi pedagang terhadap ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dan utilitas umum sesuai dengan SNI 8152-2015. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan survei. Studi literatur dilakukan dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang di temukan. Referensi teori studi literatur diperoleh melalui media buku, jurnal, dokumentasi dan lain-lain. Survei & kuesioner beserta wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mempelajari kondisi aktual di tempat penelitian dilakukan, yaitu pasar rakyat Tambun Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa observasi dengan SNI 8152-2015 menyatakan bahwa bangunan dan sarana prasarana Pasar Rakyat Tambun belum sesuai dengan SNI 8152-2015 tentang Pasar Rakyat, adapaun yang belum sesuai dalam SNI 8152-2015 adalah pencahayaan dan sirkulasi, koridor, area parkir, area bongkar muat, pos keamanan, pos keseshatan, drainase dan pengelolaan sampah, dan yang sesuai dengan SNI 8152-2015 adalah Konstruksi, penataan ruang dagang, ruang peribadatan, jaringan air bersih, kamar mandi dan toilet, dan pencegahan kebakaran. Upaya yang perlu dilakukan pihak pengelola pasar adalah dengan memperbaiki sarana yang rusak dan belum sesuai terutama dalam pengelolaan sampah, area parkir dengan standar dan melakukan pengadaan sarana yang belum tersedia terutama area bongkar muat disediakan sesuai dengan standar. M.Eng. 2020, Suitability of Utilities Infrastructure and Market Buildings in Accordance with SNI 8152-2015 concerning People's Market (in South Tambun Market). This study aims to determine the suitability of the Tambun Selatan People's Market based on the existing standards in SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, and to find out people's perceptions and to evaluate the availability of facilities and infrastructure and public utilities in accordance with SNI 8152-2015. The research method used in this research is literature study and survey. Literature studies are carried out by looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the cases or problems found. Reference to literature studies theory is obtained through books, journals, documentation and others. Surveys & questionnaires along with interviews were conducted to find out and study the actual conditions in the place where the research was carried out, namely the South Tambun people's market. The results showed that observations with SNI 8152-2015 stated that the buildings and infrastructure of the Tambun People's Market were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 concerning the People's Market, while those that were not in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 were lighting and circulation, corridors, parking areas, areas. loading and unloading, security posts, health posts, drainage and waste management, and in accordance with SNI 8152-2015 are construction, arrangement of trading rooms, prayer rooms, clean water networks, bathrooms and toilets, and fire prevention. Efforts that need to be made by market managers are to repair damaged facilities that are not in accordance with standards and to procure facilities that are not yet available in the market according to standards.
