Abstract
Pengaruh Kualitas Informasi dan Persepsi Risiko Keamanan terhadap Kepercayaan dan Loyalitas Pengguna Tokopedia di Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi dan persepsi risiko keamanan terhadap kepercayaan dan oyalitas pengguna Tokopedia di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Jakarta, selama 6 bulan terhitung sejak Januari 2020 sampai dengan Juni 2020. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode survei kuantitatif, populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pengguna Tokopedia di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 200 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan dua tahap yaitu Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Uji Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dengan nilai factor loading ≥ 0,40 menghasilkan tingkat validitas indikator masing-masing variabel valid dan reliabel. Begitupun dengan uji Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dengan nilai factor loading ≥ 0,40 menghasilkan tingkat validitas konstruk valid dan reliabel. Pengujian kelayakan model menggunakan kriteria Goodness of Fit dilakukan bertahap sampai memenuhi model yang tepat sesuai dengan cut off value. Di tahap awal didapatkan bahwa nilai dari CMIN/DF, GFI, AGFI, RMSEA, significance dan chi-square belum memenuhi batasan nilai pada cut off value. Hal ini mengharuskan model dimodifikasi sesuai acuan output Goodness of Fit. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 22 didapatkan hasil hubungan antara kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi () = 0,004 dan dengan nilai korelasi positif 0,303, hubungan antara persepsi risiko keamanan dan kepercayaan diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi () = (***) dan nilai korelasi positif 0,670, dan hubungan antara kepercayaan dan loyalitas diterima dengan tingkat signifikansi () = (***) dengan nilai korelasi positif 0,815 . Jadi, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas informasi terhadap kepercayaan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara persepsi risiko keamanan terhadap kepercayaan, serta pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan dan loyalitas. Kata Kunci: Loyalitas, Kepercayaan, Kualitas informasi, Persepsi risiko keamanan The Effect of Information Quality and Security Risk Perceptions on the Trust and Loyalty of Tokopedia Users in Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality and security risk perception on the trust and loyalty of Tokopedia users in Jakarta. This research was conducted in the Jakarta area, for 6 months from January 2020 to June 2020. The research method that the researchers used was a quantitative survey method, the population used was all Tokopedia users in Jakarta. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique of 200 people. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Testing the validity and reliability using two stages, namely Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) test with a factor loading value ≥ 0.40 produces an indicator validity level of each valid and reliable variable. Likewise with the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test with a factor loading value ≥ 0.40 resulting in a construct validity and validity level. Testing the feasibility of the model using Goodness of Fit criteria is carried out in stages until it meets the right model in accordance with the cut-off value. At the initial stage it was found that the values of CMIN / DF, GFI, AGFI, RMSEA, significance and chi-square did not meet the value limits on cut-off values. This requires that the model be modified according to Goodness of Fit output references. Hypothesis testing using SEM AMOS version 22 shows that the relationship between information quality and trust is accepted with a significance level () = 0.004 and with a positive correlation value of 0.303, the relationship between perceived security risk and trust is accepted with a significance level () = (*** ) and a positive correlation value of 0.670, and the relationship between trust and loyalty is accepted with a significance level () = (***) with a positive correlation value of 0.815. So, there is a positive and significant influence between the quality of information on trust, a positive and significant influence between security risk perception on trust, and a positive and significant effect between trust and loyalty.
