Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari ketidakamanan kerja terhadap burnout karyawan yang bekerja di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur burnout adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory atau MBI yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi yakni kelelahan emosional, pencapaian pribadi, dan depersonalisasi. Sedangkan, job insecurity atau ketidakamanan kerja diukur menggunakan pengukuran global yaitu Job Insecurity Scale atau JIS, yang hanya terdiri dari 1 dimensi yaitu Job Insecurity. Hasil penelitian dari 229 subjek menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara job insecurity dengan burnout. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis spearman rank dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai adjusted R square sebesar 0,365 (p>0,05). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari job insecurity terhadap burnout karyawan di Jabodetabek. This study aims to determine the influence of job insecurity towards burnout that is experienced by employees which workplace located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi area. This research uses quantitative methods. The measuring instrument used to burnout is the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) which the dimensions consist of emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment/achievement, and depersonalization. Meanwhile the independent variable was measured by Job Insecurity Scale (JIS) which is a global measurement that consist one dimension only which is Job Insecurity itself. The results of 229 subjects showed that here is a positive relationship between job insecurity and burnout based on employees in Jabodetabek. The statistical method used to analyze this research data is Spearman Rank Analysis and Regression Analysis. The results showed the adjusted R square is 0.365 (p> 0.05). These results indicate that the hypothesis in this study is accepted that there are 36.5% influences of job insecurity towards Jabodetabek employees’ burnout.
