Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Hotel Merlynn Park. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 karyawan Hotel Merlynn Park. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 83 responden. Untuk pengolahan data, peneliti mengolah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Variabel Produktivitas Kerja (Y), Motivasi (X1), dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) merupakan data primer yang berbentuk kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 dimulai dengan mencari uji persyaratan analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dengan hasil signifikansi Motivasi sebesar 0,200, Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,200, dan Produktivitas Kerja sebesar 0,200, lalu menggunakan uji linearitas dengan nilai signifikansi pada Deviation From Linearity motivasi sebesar 0,142, nilai signifikansi pada Deviation From linearity budaya organisasi sebesar 0,799, uji asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan uji heteroskedatisitas dalam uji Spearman’ rho dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) variabel kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 0,783 dan variabel budaya organisasi sebesar 0,756, Karena nilai lebih dari 0,05 maka tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, kemudian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: motivasi, disiplin kerja, produktivitas kerja The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee work productivity at Hotel Merlynn Park. The research method used was a survey method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were 105 employees of Hotel Merlynn Park. Based on the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study were 83 respondents. For data processing, the researcher processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Variables of Work Productivity (Y), Motivation (X1), and Work Discipline (X2) are primary data in the form of a research questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 25.0 program starting by looking for the analysis requirements test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test with a significance result of Motivation of 0.200, Work Discipline of 0.200, and Work Productivity of 0.200, then using a linearity test with a significance value of Deviation From Linearity motivation of 0.142, the significance value of the Deviation From linearity of organizational culture of 0.799, the classic assumption test using the heteroscedaticity test in the Spearman 'rho test with a Sig. (2-tailed) the transformational leadership variable is 0.783 and the organizational culture variable is 0.756. Because the value is more than 0.05, heteroscedasticity does not occur, then using multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The conclusion in this study is that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: motivation, work discipline, work productivity
