Abstract

Dalam rangka menanganai percepatan pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang mewabah saat ini, pemerintah melalui Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes ) menerbitkan suatu kebijakan terkait pengaturan aktivitas dan kegiatan masyarakat dengan nama Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Pembatasan ini meliputi peliburan sekolah dan tempat kerja, pembatasan kegiatan di tempat atau fasilitas umum dan pembatasan khusus lainnya yang terkait dengan aspek keamanan dan pertahanan. Efektivitas pemberlakuan PSBB dalam praktiknya di lapangan hanya akan terwujud apalabila setiap individu melakukan pembatasan – pembatasan yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya, Dengan demikian pemberlakuan PSBB mampu menekan jumlah kasus harian covid-19 di masyarakat. Dengan tanpa mengabaikan pentingnya PSBB dalam penangan wabah Covid-19, tulisan ini menggambarkan bagaimana peran penting masyarakat dalam mematuhi kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) guna menekan Penyebaran COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta.. In order to handle the acceleration of the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently endemic, the government through the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) issued a policy related to regulating community activities and activities under the name Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). These restrictions include school and work holidays, restrictions on activities in public places or facilities and other special restrictions related to security and defense aspects. The effectiveness of the implementation of the PSBB in practice in the field will only be realized if each individual carries out the restrictions that have been previously mentioned, thus the enactment of the PSBB is able to reduce the number of daily cases of Covid-19 in the community. Without ignoring the importance of PSBB in handling the Covid-19 outbreak, this paper describes the important role of the community in complying with the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy to suppress the Spread of COVID-19 in DKI Jakarta.
