Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat wanita rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini terdiri dari 111 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling dikarenakan harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang dianjurkan oleh pemerintah. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring (online) melalui situs googleform dan pada pengambilan data akhir dikombinasikan dengan penyebaran booklet kuesioner. Instrument pengukuran yang digunakan ialah Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) yang dikembangkan oleh Paul E. Spector dan Work Life Balance Scale (WLBS) yang dikembangkan Jeremy Hayman. Uji analisis statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier sederhana.Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung = 5.40 dan nilai Sig = 0,22 yang diinterpretasikan terdapat pengaruh antara work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat wanita Rumah Sakit. Pengaruh yang terjadi antara variabel work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja pada penelitian ini sebesar 4,7% (ditinjau dari nilai R square). This research aims to find out the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction of female nurses hospital. This research uses a quantitative approach. The participants of this study consist of 111 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. This research uses online questionnaire in google form to collect data and combined with questionnaire booklets in the final steps. The measurement of instrument used the Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) developed by Paul E. Spector and the Work Life Balance Scale (WLBS) developed by Jeremy Hayman. The statistical analysis to test the hypothesis of this research is a simple linear regression analysis.The results show that F value = 5.40 and Sig = 0.22, that means there is a significant impact of Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction Female Nurses Hospital. The effect that occurs between the work life balance variable on job satisfaction in this study amounted to 4, 7% (in terms of R square value).
