Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan resiliensi dan personal growth initiative pada pekerja terdampak pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Psikologi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dan menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur resiliensi ialah adapatasi Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale oleh Connor dan Davidson. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur personal growth initiative ialah adaptasi Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II dari Robitschek, dkk. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 127 responden. Hasil uji reliabilitas skala resiliensi sebesar 0,884 dengan 25 Item valid. Sedangkan hasil uji reliabilitas skala personal growth initiative sebesar 0,915 dengan 16 item valid. Hasil analisis menunjukan terdapat hubungan resiliensi dan personal growth initiative pada pekerja terdampak pandemi COVID-19. This study was conducted aiming to determine the relationship of resilience and personal growth initiatives (readiness for change, planfulness, using resources, and intentional behavior) on workers affected by the COVID-19pandemic. This research uses quantitative research methods using a Psychology scale. The instrument used to measure resilience is the adaptation of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale by Connor and Davidson. While the instrument used to measure personal growth initiative is the adaptation of Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II from Robitschek, et al. The sample of this study was 127 respondents. Resilience scale reliability test results of 0.884 with 25 valid items. While the reliability test results of personal growth initiative scale (readiness for change, planfulness, using resources, and intentional behavior) of 0.736-0.822 with 16 valid items. The analysis shows that there is a relationship between resilience and personal growth initiative (readiness for change, planfulness, using resources, and intentional behavior) on workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
