Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kreativitas mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Kelapa, Kabupaten Bangka Barat. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Analisis data yang digunakan studi korelasional, dengan 2 variabel di dalamnya, yakni variabel (X) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah sebagai variabel terikat dan (Y) Kreativitas Mengajar guru sebagai variabel bebas. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 76 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode multistage melalui 2 tahap yaitu proportional random sampling dan simple random sampling serta pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,923 dari ttabel sebesar 1,992. Maka, hipotesis alternative (Ha) dinyatakan diterima secara positif. Dari koefisien determinasi, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 32,04% terhadap kreativitas mengajar guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Kelapa, Bangka Barat. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dapat memberikan hubungan yang positif terhadap Kreativitas Mengajar Guru, meskipun terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Kreativitas Mengajar Guru. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah, Kreativitas Mengajar, Guru The study to determine the relationship between principal leadership with creativity teaches teachers of primary school teacher in District Kelapa, West Bangka. The study uses quantitative with survey and research method. Correlational study in used as the data analysis with 2 variables in it (X) Principal Leadership as independent variable, and (Y) Creativity Teaches Teachers as the dependent variable. Samples were as many as 76 teachers. Sampling use multistage method with two stages of sampling, proportional random sampling and simple random sampling also data collection using the questionnaire. From the result of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount 6,923 which means more than 1,992 ttable. Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) are accepted negatively. Of the coefficient of determination, the principal leadership contribute 32,04% to creativity teaches teachers in District Kelapa, West Bangka. In conclusion, principal’s leadership can provide a positive relationship to creativity teaches teacher, although there are other factors that could affect creativity teaches teacher.
