Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruhnya gaya mengajar dan motor ability terhadap hasil belajar servis atas bola voli siswa SMP GITA KIRTI 5 Jakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan treatment by level 2 x 2 subjek penelitian pada siswa kelas VIII SMP GITA KIRTI 5 Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes servis atas dan tes Barrow Motor ability. Teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan statistik parametrik, diperoleh secara keseluruhan kelompok yang diajar dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar inklusi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang diajar dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar resiprokal, terdapat pengaruh interaksi yang sangat berarti antara gaya mengajar dan motor ability yang dimiliki siswa terhadap hasil servis atas bola voli, terdapat perbedaan yang sangat berarti hasil servis atas bola voli antara siswa yang diajar dengan gaya mengajar inklusi lebih baik dari gaya mengajar resiprokal, bagi siswa yang memiliki motor ability tinggi, terdapat perbedaan yang sangat berarti hasil belajar servis atas bola voli antara siswa yang diajar dengan gaya mengajar resiprokal lebih baik dari gaya mengajar inklusi, bagi siswa yang memiliki motor ability rendah. Pada penelitian ini dianjurkan kepada guru untuk memilih dan menerapkan gaya mengajar yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kemampuan gerak peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar dan Motor Ability Terhadap Hasil Belajar Servis Atas Pada Permainan Bola Voli. ******************* ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain information about the effect of teaching style and motor ability on the results of service on volleyball for students of GITA KIRTI 5 Middle School Jakarta. The research method uses an experimental method with treatment by level 2 x 2 research subjects in class VIII SMP GITA KIRTI 5 Jakarta. The research instrument uses the top service test and the Barrow Motor ability test. The analysis technique uses a parametric statistical approach, obtained as a whole the group taught using the inclusive teaching style is better than the group taught using the reciprocal teaching style, there is a significant influence of interaction between the teaching style and the motor abilities that students have on the results of service volleyball, there is a very significant difference in the results of service on volleyball between students who are taught with inclusive teaching style is better than reciprocal teaching style, for students who have high motor ability, there is a very significant difference in service results on volleyball between students who are taught reciprocal teaching style is better than inclusive teaching style, for students who have low motor ability. In this study it is recommended that teachers choose and apply teaching styles that are tailored to the level of students' mobility.
