Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran Sains Teknologi Masyarakat terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan dalam pembelajaran IPA materi siklus hidup serta upaya pelestariannya, semester kedua tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-postest control group design. Sampel dipilih mennggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan melakukan pengundian pada populasi, sehingga terpilih sampel pada penelitian ini SDN Jatisari II dengan jumlah responden 60 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala likert. Berdasarkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t diperoleh hasil thitung > ttabel yaitu 3.23 > 1,67 sehingga h0 ditolak dan h1 diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model sains teknologi masyarakat dalam pembelajaran IPA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. ******* This study aims to obtain empirical data about the influence of the learning model of Science Technology Society on environmental care attitudes in learning science life cycle material and its preservation efforts, the second semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This study uses an experimental method with pretest-posttest control group design. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique by drawing the population, so that the sample selected in this study was SDN Jatisari II with a total of 60 student respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire. Based on data analysis techniques using the t-test results obtained thitung> ttable is 3.23> 1.67 so that h0 is rejected and h1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the community technology science model in science learning has a significant effect on the environmental care attitude of fourth grade students in elementary schools.
