Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan mendapatkan informasi dan pengetahuan berdasarkan data dan fakta yang sahih dan valid tentang seberapa besar hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja di Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), selama 4 bulan terhitung sejak Maret 2014 sampai dengan Juni 2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). Populasi terjangkaunya adalah pegawai divisi penganggendaan dan distribusi Badan Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik acak sederhana sebanyak 32 orang. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Ŷ = 121.78 - 0.55 X. Uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors menghasilkan Lhitung = 0,055, sedangkan Ltabel untuk n = 32 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 adalah 0,157. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel maka galat taksiran Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Uji linearitas regresi menghasilkan Fhitung < Ftabel yaitu 0,86 < 2,40, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Dari uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 11,84 > 4,17, artinya persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Koefisien korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson menghasilkan rxy = -0,532, selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji t dan dihasilkan thitung = -3.441 dan ttabel= 1,68. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi rxy = - 0,532 adalah signifikan. Koefisien determinasi rxy = (-0,532)2 = 0,2830 berarti sebesar 28,30% pada karyawan Badan Kepegawaian Negara, Cawang, Jakarta Timur ditentukan oleh beban kerja. ************ The study is aimed at obtaining valid and factual information and knowledge about correlation between workload wih performance at Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) ), for four months from March 2014 until June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population in this research is all of Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) employees, where as the possible populations who employees of Division penganggendaan dan distribusi Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), amounting to 35 people. The technique which is used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 32 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 121.78 - 0.55 X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0,055, while the Ltable for n = 32 at 0,05 significant level is 0,157. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcount < Ftable is 0,86 < 2,40, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable which is 11,84 > 4,17, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = -0,532, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = -3.441 dan ttable = 1,68. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = -0,532is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for rxy = (-0,532)2 = 0,2830 which shows that 28,30% of the variation of performance is determined by the workload.
