Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk, nilai rasa serta fungsi disfemia dalam kolom komentar berita politik di akun instagram @tribunnews. Data yang digunakan yaitu komentar yang mengandung disfemia pada berita politik bulan Oktober – Desember 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simak dan teknik catat. Teknik analisis datanya dengan metode padan dan metode agih. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari 88 data yaitu 72% disfemia bentuk kata, 20% nya bentuk frasa, dan klausa hanya 8%. Penggunaan disfemia bentuk kata lebih banyak ditemukan karena objek penelitian ini berupa komentar warganet. Keterbatasan kolom komentar dalam instagram ini membuat komentar hanya berbentuk singkat sehingga komentar bersifat kasar banyak terwakilkan hanya dengan bentuk kata. Nilai rasa yang ditemukan adalah nilai rasa emotif dan nilai rasa tabu. Terdapat 5 nilai rasa emotif yaitu nilai rasa menyeramkan, mengerikan, menakutkan, menjijikan dan menguatkan. Lalu, nilai rasa tabu ada 3, yaitu membandingkan manusia dengan hewan, makluk lain atau benda; berkaitan dengan tindakan atau organ seksual; serta mencemooh kekurangan fisik atau mental. Selain itu, ditemukan 5 fungsi disfemia, yaitu untuk merendahkan atau menghina seseorang; mempertajam penghinaan; memberikan gambaran negatif tentang seseorang atau kelompok; untuk mengungkapkan kekesalan; dan terakhir untuk mengumpat. This study aims to describe the form, taste value, and function of dysphemia in the political news commentary column on the @tribunnews Instagram account. The data used were comments containing dysphemia on political news from October to December 2019. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data technique was carried out using the observation method and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used is the equivalent method and the different method. The results obtained from 88 data were 72% dysphemia in word forms, 20% in phrases, and only 8% in clauses. The use of dysphemia in the form of words is more common because the object of this study is in the form of warganet comments. The limitation of the comments column on Instagram is that comments are only brief in form so that many natural comments are represented only in the form of words. The taste values found were emotive and taboo values. There are 5 taste values, namely the value of the taste that is creepy, terrible, frightening, disgusting and strengthening. Then, there are 3 taboo values, namely comparing humans with animals, other creatures or objects; associated with sexual acts or organs; and ridicule physical or mental deficiencies. In addition, there were 5 dysphemia functions, namely to humiliate or insult someone; sharpen insults; gives a negative picture of a person or group; to express irritation; and lastly to swear.
