Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan belajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 175 siswa kelas X jurusan AKL, OTKP, dan BDP di SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotional random sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 122 siswa. Data variabel motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan lingkungan keluarga diperoleh dari kuesioner. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan: (i) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, (ii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar, (iii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kesiapan belajar dan lingkungan keluarga secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa siswa harus dapat beradaptasi dan memiliki kesiapan belajar dengan adanya sistem Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) karena lebih sering menggunakan handphone atau laptop, kemudian orang tua menciptakan suasana rumah yang kondusif, harmonis dan mendampingi anaknya belajar sehingga anak dapat termotivasi dalam belajar. Kata kunci: kesiapan belajar, lingkungan keluarga, motivasi belajar This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between learning readiness and family environment on student’s learning motivation in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. The population in this research is 175 grade X major AKL, OTKP, and BDP in SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta. The sampling technique use propotional random sampling so that the sampel was 122 students. Data of variabel learning motivation, learning readiness, and family environment were obtained from questionnaire. The results of analysis show: (i) there is significant positive influence between learning readiness and learning motivation, (ii) there is significant positive influence between family environment and learning motivation, (iii) there is significant positive influence between learning readiness and family environment to learning motivation. This study states that students must be able to adapt and have learning readiness with the Distance Learning system because they use handphone or laptops more often, then parents create a conducive, harmonious home atmosphere and accompany their children to learn so that children can be motivated in learning.
