Abstract
Permasalahan lingkungan merupakan persoalan yang menjadi momok menakutkan bagi makhluk hidup. Permasalahan lingkungan yang terjadi disebabkan oleh perilaku manusia. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah permasalahan ini dapat dilakukan oleh segenap masyarakat salah satunya oleh siswa di sekolah dengan menanamkan perilaku bijak terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Teacher’s leadership terhadap Citizenship Behavior (CB) Toward Environment yang dimediasi oleh Justice. Oleh karena itu, digunakan metode survey kausal dengan memilih secara acak 75 siswa SMA di Jakarta. Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Terdapat tiga instrumen yang telah dikembangkan untuk mengukur tiap variabel meliputi Teacher’s leadership (26 item, rel .802), Justice (29 item, rel .908), dan CB Toward Environment (23 item, rel .803). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teacher’s Leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap Justice, Justice berpengaruh langsung tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap CB Toward Environment siswa, Teacher’s Leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap CB Toward Environment siswa, dan Teacher’s Leadership tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap CB Toward Environment siswa melalui Justice. Dengan begitu, dalam hal ini justice bukan sebagai mediator yang baik. Oleh karena itu, dalam meningkatkan CB Toward Environment siswa, faktor seperti Justice perlu dipertimbangkan. Hal ini mengimplikasikan bahwa kebijakan sekolah mungkin paling baik dikembangkan dengan menempatkan Teacher’s Leadership dan CB Toward Environment sebagai prioritas dalam menjaga kualitas kinerja siswa, terutama selama pandemi. Kata Kunci: teacher’s leadership, justice, citizenship behavior toward environment, analisis jalur Environmental problems are concerning issue that disturbing every living things. Environmental problems that occur are caused by human behavior. The efforts can be made to prevent this problem can be done by the whole community, one of which is by students at school by instilling CB Toward Environment. The research was aimed to finding out the effect of teacher's leadership on students citizenship behavior (CB) toward environment mediated by justice. Therefore, a causal survey method used by selecting randomly 75 senior high school students in Jakarta. Data analyzed by path analysis. There are three instruments that have been developed to measure each variable including Teacher's leadership (26 items, rel .802), Justice (29 items, rel .908), and CB Toward Environment (23 items, rel .803). The results showed that Teacher's Leadership directly effected on Justice, Justice directly but not significantly effected on students CB Toward Environment, Teacher's Leadership directly effected on students CB Toward Environment, and Teacher's Leadership not effected on students CB Toward Environment indirectly through Justice. Thus, in this case justice is not a good mediator. Therefore, in the increases students Citizenship Behavior Toward Environment, factor such as Justice can be considered. This would imply that a school policy might be best developed by putting teacher’s leadership and CB Toward Environment as a priority in maintaining the students performance quality, especially during the pandemic.
