Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara academic self-efficacy terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa di Jakarta selama pembelajaran jarak jauh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 175 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk academic self-efficacy adalah Academic Self-Efficacy Scale dan alat ukur untuk stres akademik adalah Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan F = 21,972 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan antara academic self-efficacy terhadap stres akademik mahasiswa di Jakarta selama pembelajaran jarak jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan semakin tinggi academic self-efficacy maka semakin rendah stres akademik. Variabel academic self-efficacy berpengaruh sebesar 11,3% terhadap stres akademik. ************ This research aims to analyze the impact of academic self-efficacy towards academic stress on students in Jakarta during distance learning. This research uses quantitative methods. The research subject amounted to 175 people. The measuring instrument used for academic self-efficacy is the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale and measuring instrument for academic stress is Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. The results showed that F = 21,972 ; p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) which means there is negative effect academic self-efficacy towards academic stress on students in Jakarta during distance learning. The results of the study showed that the higher academic self-efficacy means the lower academic stress. The effect of academic self-efficacy showed at 11,3% towards academic stress.
