Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa Video Pelatihan Train Operation Procedure untuk Train Driver di PT MRT Jakarta. Video ini dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi Train Driver yang akan mengikuti pelatihan mandatory technical skills. Secara umum, penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan video pelatihan yang dapat memfasilitasi belajar bagi Train Driver agar dapat menerapkan prosedur pengoperasian Ratangga sesuai standard operating procedure. Pengembangan video pelatihan Train Operation Procedure ini menggunakan model pengembangan Video Nonlinear oleh Pustekkom. Model ini memiliki tiga tahapan besar beserta tiga sub tahapan di dalam setiap tahapan besarnya. Tiga tahapan beserta tiga sub tahapan yaitu Perencanaan (Analisis Kebutuhan, Penyusunan GBIM & JM, dan Penulisan Naskah), Produksi (Persiapan, Pelakasanaan, dan Penyelesaian), dan Evaluasi (Evaluasi Pramaster, Revisi, dan Uji Lapangan). Penelitian ini melibatkan dua tahap uji coba pramaster yaitu Expert review dan One to One. Pengembangan ini melibatkan expert review yaitu sebagai ahli materi Bapak Supriadi dan ahli media Bapak Dr. Cecep Kustandi, M.Pd. Evaluasi formatif yang dilakukan oleh pengembang menggunakan instrument evalusi media video yang dikembangkan oleh Eveline Siregar, dkk dan menggunakan skala likert yaitu 1-4. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan memperoleh nilai rata-rata dari expert review 3,27, Hasil uji coba one to one adalah 3,10. Secara keseluruhan dapat dikatakan video pelatihan train operation procedure yang dikembangkan layak untuk dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran. Khususnya pada program pelatihan mandatory technical skills. This development research resulted in a product in the form of a Train Operation Procedure Training Video for Train Drivers at PT MRT Jakarta. This video can be used to facilitate Train Drivers who will take part in the mandatory technical skills training. In general, this development research aims to produce training videos that can facilitate learning for Train Drivers in order to apply the Ratangga operating procedure according to the standard operating procedure. The development of the Train Operation Procedure training video uses the Nonlinear Video development model by Pustekkom. This model has three major stages along with three sub-stages in each major stage. Three stages along with three sub-stages, namely Planning (Needs Analysis, Preparation of GBIM & JM, and Script Writing), Production (Preparation, Implementation, and Completion), and Evaluation (Pre-Master Evaluation, Revision, and Field Testing). This study involved two stages of pre-master trials, namely Expert review and One to One. This development involved expert review, namely as material expert Mr. Supriadi and media expert Mr. Dr. Cecep Kustandi, M.Pd. The formative evaluation carried out by the developer uses a video media evaluation instrument developed by Eveline Siregar, et al and uses a Likert scale, namely 1-4. The results of the trials carried out obtained the average value of the expert review of 3.27, the results of the one to one trial were 3.10. Overall, it can be said that the train operation procedure training video developed is feasible to be used for learning. Especially in the mandatory technical skills training program.
