Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akan perbedaan kecemasan pada remaja yang tinggal di DKI Jakarta dan Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian komparatif. Variabel kecemasan diukur menggunakan State-Trait Anxiety Inventory yang dirancang oleh Spielberger. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 273 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Hasil dari analisis Independent Sample T-Test menunjukkan t hitung 0,295 < t tabel 1,972 dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,768 > α 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kecemasan pada remaja yang tinggal di DKI Jakarta dan Kota Baubau. ******* This study aims to determine the differences of anxiety among adolescents that live in DKI Jakarta and Baubau City. This study uses a quantitative approach with comparative research methods. The anxiety variable was measured using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory designed by Spielberger. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 273 samples that met the research criteria. The results of the Independent Sample T-Test analysis show that t count 0.295 < t table 1.972 with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.768 > α 0.05 which indicates that there is no difference of anxiety among adolescents that live in DKI Jakarta and Baubau City.
