Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan harga diri dan kualitas hidup pada pakerja yang terkena PHK karena dampak Covid-19. Pengukuran harga diri menggunakan alat ukur Coopersmith Self Esteem Inventory dan pengukuran kualitas hidup menggunakan alat ukur WHOQOL-BREF dari WHO. Partisipan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 372 pekerja yang terkena PHK karena dampak Covid-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan harga diri dengan kualitas hidup berdasarkan domain physical health, psychological, social relationships, dan environtment yaitu sebesar 6,9%, 12,6%, 11,4%, dan 16,7%. ************ The study aims to examine the relationship and quality of life of workers who have been laid off due to the impact of Covid-19. Measuring self-esteem uses the Coopersmith Self Esteem Inventory measurement tool and measuring the quality of life using the WHOQOL-BREF measurement tool from WHO. The participants in this study may be 372 workers who were laid off due to the impact of Covid-19. The results of this study indicate a relationship between self-esteem and quality of life based on the domains of physical health, psychological, social relationships, and environment which are 6.9%, 12.6%, 11.4%, and 16.7%.
