Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji (1) hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan minat berwirausaha; (2) hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha; (3) hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XII TKJ dan TITL di SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta sebanyak 66 siswa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto yang bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Uji prasyarat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan Pearson Product Moment dan uji-F. Data dari hasil penelitian akan diuji dengan uji prasyarat analisis dan uji prasyarat hipotesis dan peneliti mendapat kesimpulan : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan lingkungan keluarga terlihat pada hitungan ryx1 = 0,611 > rtabel = 0,242 dengan thitung = 6,1746 > ttabel = 1,997. (2) Terdapat hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha terlihat pada ryx2 = 0,615 > rtabel = 0,242 dengan thitung = 6,2394 > ttabel = 1,997. Begitu juga terdapat (3) hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan lingkungan keluarga dengan minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XII SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta terlihat pada hitungan penelitian ryx1x2 = 0,621 > rtabel = 0,242 dengan Fhitung = 19,7729 > Ftabel = 3,14 The purpose of this study was to examine (1) the relationship between interpersonal communication and entrepreneurial interest; (2) the relationship between the family environment and interest in entrepreneurship; (3) the relationship between interpersonal communication and the family environment with the interest in entrepreneurship in class XII SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta. The population in this study were 66 students of class XII TKJ and TITL at SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta. In this study, using ex post facto method which is descriptive correlative with a quantitative approach. Data collection using a questionnaire / questionnaire. The prerequisite analysis test in this study used the normality test and linearity test, then the data were analyzed using a hypothesis test with Pearson Product Moment and F-test. The data from the research results will be tested with the prerequisite analysis test and the hypothesis prerequisite test and the researcher gets the following conclusions: (1) There is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication and the family environment seen in the count ryx1 = 0.611> rtabel = 0.242 with tcount = 6.1746> ttabel= 1.997. (2) There is a relationship between family environment and interest in entrepreneurship seen in ryx2 = 0.615> rtabel = 0.242 with tcount = 6.2394> ttabel = 1.997. Likewise there is (3) a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication and the family environment with the interest in entrepreneurship in class XII SMK Budi Murni 1 Jakarta seen in the research count ryx1x2 = 0.621> rtabel = 0.242 with Fcount = 19.7729> Ftabel = 3.14
