Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dan stres terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa tahap akademik kelas internasional program studi pendidikan dan profesi dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia. Sebanyak 64 dari 176 mahasiswa digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian untuk memperoleh data yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan positif motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi akademik, (2) terdapat hubungan negatif stres terhadap prestasi akademik, (3) terdapat hubungan negatif motivasi berprestasi terhadap stres. Besaran koefisien determinasi (R2) yang didapat adalah sebesar 0,093. Hal ini memiliki arti 9,3 % prestasi akademik dipengaruhi oleh motivasi berprestasi dan stres. Sedangkan 90,7% prestasi akademik dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pendidikan, Motivasi Berprestasi, Stres, Prestasi Akademik, Pendidikan ********************** The purpose of this study was to know correlation between achievement motivation and stress on the academic achievement of international class student Faculty Medicine Universitas Indonesia. A total of 64 of 176 students were used as research samples to obtain data then analyzed using the quantitative method of path analysis. The result of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation and academic achievement, (2) there is a negative correlation between stress and academic achievement, (3) there is a negative correlation between achievement motivation and stress. While the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,93. That means 9,3% of academic achievement was influenced by academic achievement and stres. Meanwhile, 90,7% of academic achievement is influenced by other variables which were not examined in this research. Keywords: Education Management, achievement motivation, Stres, academic achievement
