Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan (entreprenuerial leadership), budaya organisasional dan pembelajaran organisasional terhadap agilitas organisasional pada Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Perkampungan Industri Kecil Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam perspektif perilaku organisasional (organizational behavior) menurut kaidah logico hypothetico verificative. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden, yang merupakan karyawan UKM di Perkampungan Industri Kecil (PIK) Jakarta Timur. Data diperoleh melalui metode survey menggunakan kuesioner yang dikuantifikasi ke dalam skala likert satu sampai lima. Analisas terhadap data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasional (2) budaya organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasional (3) pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasional, (4) Kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasional, (5) Kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasional, (6) Budaya organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelajaran organisasional, (7) kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasional melalui budaya organisasional, (8) Kepemimpinan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasional melalui pembelajaran organisasional. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa variabel yang paling kuat pengaruhnya terhadap agilitas organisasional adalah pembelajaran organisasional. Temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan pedoman bagi pengusaha UKM dalam menentukan upaya dan kebijakan bagi peningkatan agilitas organisasional.**********This objective of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership, organizational culture and organizational learning on organizational agility of employees in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Small Industrial Village, East Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach in the perspective of organizational behavior according to the rules of the logico hypothetico verificative. Two hundred employees at SMEs in Industrial Village Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta were selected as the sample using purposive sampling techniques. The data were collected through the survey method using questionnaires quantified into a scale of likert one to five. Analysis of the data and hypothesis testing were done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings show that (1) entrepreneurial leadership has a direct positive effect on employee organizational agility, (2) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on employee organizational agility, (3) organizational learning has a direct positive effect on employee organizational agility, (4) Leadership entrepreneurship has a direct positive effect on organizational culture, (5) entrepreneurial leadership has a direct positive effect on organizational learning, (6) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on organizational learning, (7) entrepreneurial leadership has a positive effect on employee organizational agility through organizational culture, (8) Entrepreneurial leadership has a positive effect on employee organizational agility through organizational learning. It was also found that organizational learning has the strongest effect on organizational agility. The findings of this study can provide guidelines for SME entrepreneurs in determining the efforts and policies for increasing employees‟ organizational agility.
