Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku panduan konseling kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik assertive training untuk siswa korban bullying di SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian model Design-Based Research (DBR) yang dikembangkan oleh Reevers. Buku panduan konseling ini dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan terhadap siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta yang menjadi korban bullying dan memiliki perilaku asertif yang rendah. Hasil validitas media memperoleh persentase sebesar 75% dan dinyatakan layak, sedangkan hasil validitas materi memperoleh persentase sebesar 97% dan dinyatakan sangat layak. Untuk memastikan efektivitas penggunaannya masih diperlukan langkah lanjutan untuk melakukan uji pilot secara terbatas maupun secara luas agar buku panduan ini dapat digunakan oleh guru Bimbingan Konseling yang mendampingi siswa dalam kegiatan konseling kelompok untuk isu bullying dan perilaku asertif pada siswa. The aims of this study is to develop a guidebook of group counseling using assertive training techniques for bullying victims at SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta.The research design used in this study is the Design-Based Research (DBR) developed by Reevers. The guidebook of counseling was developed based on the results of preliminary studies to eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 40 Jakarta who were victims of bullying and had a low assertive behavior. The results of the media validity obtained a percentage of 75% and were declared feasible, while the results of the material validity obtained a percentage of 97% and were declared very feasible. To ensure the effectiveness of its use, further steps are still required to conduct pilot tests on a limited or broad basis so that this guidebook can be used by school counselor who accompanied students in group counseling activities for issues of bullying and assertive behavior in students.
