Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the effect of locus of control and work motivation toward task performance of teachers in State of Junior High School at Subdistrict of Tebet, South Jakarta. The research used a survey method with path analysis technique. The research samples were selected as much as 90 teachers usingrandom sampling technique. The result of this researchare: (1). There is a positive direct effect of locus of control toward task performance, (2) There is a positive direct effect of work motivation toward task performance, (3) There is a positive direct effect of locus of control toward work motivation.
