Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lempar turbo melalui media audio visual. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDS Kartini Jakarta dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 25 siswa kelas V. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalan metode Penelitian Tindakaan (Action Research). Penelitian tindakan yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan Kemmis & McTaggart dengan siklus I dan II dimulai dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi/analisis. Teknik pengambilan data dengan pengambilan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan cara tes, observasi dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adanya peningkatan hasil belajar lempar turbo melalui media audio visual berupa video pembelajaran lempar turbo yang dimulai dari tahap awalan, langkah menyilang, posisi melempar, lemparan dan follow through. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat dari nilai rata-rata tes siswa, Untuk tes awal = 75,6, dan kemudian peserta didik menunjukan peningkatan pada tes siklus I = 78,1 dan pada siklus II menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 80,0. Untuk kelulusan belajar peserta didik berdasarkan hasil tes awal lempar turbo siswa yang dinyatakan lulus sejumlah 9 siswa (36%) , siklus I siswa yang dinyatakan lulus sejumlah 11 siswa (69%) dan pada siklus II siswa yang dinyatakan lulus sejumlah 5 siswa (100%). Penelitian ini berakhir pada siklus II karena semua siswa sudah dapat melakukan gerakan dengan benar dan melewati tes yang sudah peneliti lakukan. Instrumen tes untuk penelitian ini sudah di uji reliabilitaskan, dengan hasil R=0,81. Menurut Suharsimi Arikunto (2006), koefisien R=0.81 dapat dikatakan Reliabilitas Instrumen ini Tinggi. *********** This study attempts to improve the learning outcomes of turbo throwing through audio visual media. This research was conducted at SDS Kartini Jakarta with research subjects totaling 25 class V students. The research method used was the Action Research method (Action Research). The action research use from the action research of Kemmis & McTaggart with cycles I and II starting from planning, action, observation and reflection / analysis. Data collection techniques with quantitative and qualitative data collection by means of tests, observations and field notes. The results of this study are an increase in learning outcomes of turbo throwing through audio-visual media in the form of turbo throwing learning videos starting from the run-up, crossing steps, throwing positions, throws and follow through. This increase can be seen from the average test scores of students, for the initial test = 75.6, and then the students showed an increase in the test cycle I = 78.1 and the second cycle showed an increase of 80.0. For student learning graduation based on the results of initial turbo throwing tests of students who were declared to pass is 9 students (36%), the first cycle of students who passed a total of 11 students (69%) and the second cycle students who passed 5 students (100%). This research ended in cycle II because all students were able to move correctly and pass the tests the researchers had done. The test instrument for this study has been tested for reliability, with the results R = 0.81. According to Suharsimi Arikunto (2006), the coefficient of R = 0.81 can be said to be the Reliability of this Instrument is High.
