Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana relevansi kurikulum program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Negeri Jakarta dalam keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja. Maka, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan relevansi kurikulum program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Negeri Jakarta di dunia kerja, tepatnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholders yang dijabarkan dengan keempat kompetensi, meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, professional, sosial, dan kepribadian. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab Perguruan Tinggi terhadap para alumni dalam memberi gambaran terkait keterserapan alumni di dunia kerja, sekaligus sebagai bahan perencanaan dan pertimbangan dalam melakukan usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara lebih lanjut. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis frekuensi. Adapun subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna lulusan dan alumni Pendidikan Agama Islam Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang lulus pada tahun 2016-2020, dengan menggunakan instrument kuisioner dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam telah berhasil dalam pengembangan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholders. Ditinjau dari pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik dapat dibuktikan dengan mayoritas alumni berprofesi sesuai dengan profil yang diharapkan. Pengembangan kompetensi professional dapat dilihat dari kenaikan gaji dan pangkat alumni. Pengembangan kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa alumni mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan dinilai baik oleh pengguna lulusan karena pengalaman belajar yang didapat pada masa studi telah relevan dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci: Lulusan, Output, Evaluasi, Kurikulum *********** The main problem of this research is how the relevance of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at the State University of Jakarta in the absorption of alumni in the world of work. So, the purpose of this study is to explain the relevance of the Islamic Education curriculum at the State University of Jakarta in the world of work, to be precise in meeting the needs of stakeholders which are described by four competencies, including pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. This research was conducted as a form of the higher education's responsibility towards alumni in providing an overview regarding the absorption of alumni in the world of work, as well as as a material for planning and consideration in making further efforts to improve the quality of education. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative methods and is analyzed using statistical techniques. The subjects in this study were users of graduates and alumni of the Islamic Education of the State University of Jakarta who graduated in 2016-2020, using questionnaires and interview instruments. From the research results, it is found that the Islamic Religious Education study program has succeeded in developing competencies that are in accordance with the needs of stakeholders. In terms of pedagogic competency development, it can be proven by the majority of alumni who work in accordance with the expected profile. The development of professional competence can be seen from the increase in salaries and ranks of alumni. The development of social and personality competencies can be obtained from the results that alumni are able to communicate well and are considered good by graduate users because the learning experiences obtained during the study period are relevant and as expected.
