Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada KPP Penanaman Modal Asing Tiga, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur penyimpanan arsip pada Subbagian Umum dan Kepatuhan Internal KPP Penanaman Modal Asing Tiga dan mengetahui apakah prosedur tersebut sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan observasi. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penyimpanan arsip pada Subbagian Umum dan Kepatuhan Internal KPP Penanaman Modal Asing Tiga masih ada yang belum sesuai dengan pedoman yang ada. Dengan demikian diperlukannya penataan ulang pada penyimpanan arsip, pendidikan dan latihan untuk pegawai yang diberikan tugas mengarsip dokumen, dan pengawasan terhadap penyimpanan arsip. This research was conducted at KPP Penanaman Modal Asing Tiga, which aims to determine the archive storage procedure in the Subbagian Umum dan Kepatuhan Internal of KPP Penanaman Modal Asing Tiga and determine whether the procedure has been implemented properly. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection methods through library research and observation. The results obtained from this study state that there are still archives in the Subbagian Umum dan Kepatuhan Internal of KPP Penanaman Modal Asing Tiga Foreign Investment Offices that are not in accordance with existing guidelines. Therefore the need for rearrangements archive, training for employees who are given the task of filing documents and supervision of archive storage.
