Abstract

Mutu atau hasil proses pendidikan di suatu sekolah merupakan akumulasi hasil kerja: kinerja bersama para pengelola pendidikan pada lembaga tersebut beserta pihak lain yang terlibat didalamnya. Diantara pengelola pendidikan yang terlibat langsung dalam seluruh proses pendidikan di sekolah yaitu kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah memegang peran penting dan menentukan . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran ada tidaknya pengaruh langsung pengawasan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar di Kota Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kepala sekolah dasar se Kota Mataram sebanyak 166 kepala sekolah dengan sampel sebanyak 117 kepala sekolah. Sedangkan teknik analisis data mengunakan analisis jalur atau fath analisis. Dari hasil analisa data dan uji hipotesis disimpulkan: 1) Pengawasan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, 2). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, 3). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja, 4. Pengawasan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja dan 5. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi kerja. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah dasar di Kota Mataram diperlukan pengawasan yang efektif, budaya organisasi yang mendukung serta upaya peningkatan motivasi yang terus menerus.*******The quality or results of the educational process in a school is the accumulation of the results of the performance work together with the manager of education in that institution and other parties involved in it. Among the organizers of education who aredirectly involved in all education in the school are the principal. The principal as handle of an infortant actor and eatablish . The aim of this research is to get a description whether is there any direct influence, surveillance, organizational culture and work motivation to the performance of principals of elementary school in Mataram city. The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. The study population was all the principals of elementary school in Mataram city as many as 166 principals with 117 principals as sample. while the data analysis technique uses is path analysis or fath analysis. From the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded:1)observation has a direct positive effect on performance. 2)organizational culture has a direct positive effect on performance. 3)work motivation has a direct positive effect on performance. 4),supervision has a direct positive effect on work motivation. And. 5) organizational culture has a direct positive effect on work motivation. Therefore to improve the performance of principals of elementary school in Mataram city is needed the effective of supervision. supportive organizational culture and efforts to continuously improve motivation.
