Abstract
DAMPAK PEMBERIAN FIFA 11 PLUS WARM UP TERHADAP KUALITAS POWER , POWER SHOOTING, DAN SPEED TAHUN PADA SISWA EKSTRAKULIKULER SEPAKBOLA SMA NEGERI 4 KOTA TANGERANG ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada dampak pemberian metode pemanasan FIFA 11 Plus terhadap kualitas power,power shooting , dan speed dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest and posttest design pada anggota ekstrakulikuler sepakbola SMA Negeri 4 Kota Tangerang.Teknik pengumpulan data sebelum dan setelah melakukan perlakuan metode pemanasan FIFA 11 Plus kemudian diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil uji tes menunjukkan adanya dampak pemberian yang signifikan dari metode pemanasan FIFA 11 Plus terhadap kualitas power, power shooting, dan speed. Pada tes Vertical Jump terdapat sebuah perbedaan antara hasil test awal dan tes akhir yang dimana nilai rata-rata antara keduanya memiliki selisih 5 poin. Sedangkan pada tes power shooting terdapat selisih rata- rata 13,7 poin, dan pada tes sprint 20 meter memiliki selisih rata-rata 0,21 poin. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan metode pemanasan FIFA 11 Plus dan latihan yang tepat anggota ekstrakulikuler sepakbola mengalami dampak dalam segi power (daya ledak), power tendangan (power shooting), dan speed untuk menjaaga kualitas otot sebelum melakukan aktivitas latihan. Kata kunci : Sepakbola, FIFA 11 Plus, power, shooting power, speed THE IMPACT OF FIFA 11 PLUS WARM UP ON THE QUALITY OF POWER, POWER SHOOTING, AND SPEED ON FOOTBALL EXTRACULAR STUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 4 CITY OF TANGERANG ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an impact of giving the FIFA 11 Plus heating method on the quality of power, power shooting, and speed by using an experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design on soccer extracurricular members of SMA Negeri 4 Tangerang City. Data collection techniques before and after After treating the FIFA 11 Plus heating method, it was processed and analyzed using SPSS. The test results show that there is a significant impact of the FIFA 11 Plus heating method on the quality of power, shooting power, and speed. In the Vertical Jump test there is a difference between the results of the initial test and the final test where the average value between the two has a difference of 5 points. While in the power shooting test there is an average difference of 13.7 points, and the 20 meter sprint test has an average difference of 0.21 points. This shows that after being given treatment using the FIFA 11 Plus heating method, football extracurricular members experienced an impact in terms of power (explosive power), kick power (shooting power), and speed to maintan muscle quality before doing any training activity.
