Abstract

ABSTRAK FIKA DWI DIANA. Pelarangan Buku Teks Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Berdasarkan Kurikulum 2004. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2021. Skripsi ini mengkaji tentang Pelarangan Buku Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Berdasarkan kurikulum 2004. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana buku tersebut bisa dilarang dan bagaimana proses pelaksanaan dari pelarangan buku tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah metode sejarah yang mempunyai tahapan yaitu pengumpulan sumber (heuristic), verifikasi (kritik sejarah keabsahan sumber), interpretasi (analisis dan sintesis) dan historiografi atau penulisan hasil penelitian sejarah. Penelitian ini disajikan secara deskritif-naratif, menguraikan tentang peristiwa larangan beredarnya buku teks sejarah yang mengacu pada Kurikulum 2004. Kajian dalam skripsi ini membahas mengenai sejarah pelarangan buku di indonesia dari awal masa kolonial hingga masa reformasi sebagai latar belakang adanya pelarangan buku teks mata pelajaran ini, serta pemaparan dari isi kurikulum 2004 yang menjadi acuan dari pembuatan buku ini. Dalam pelaksanaan pelarangan buku teks ini dijelaskan komponen apa saja yang termasuk dalam pelaksanaan pelarangan buku yaitu lembaga pelarangan dan produk hukum pelarangan, selanjutnya ada proses dan mekanisme dari pelarangan buku, kriteria buku yang dilarang, alasan pelarangan buku dan hukuman bagi pelarang. Dalam proses dan mekanisme pelarangan buku dijelaskan alur dari pelarangan buku dari adanya aduan, penelitian, dikeluarkannya surat keputusan larangan beredar buku tersebut sampai adanya razia dan pemusnahan buku yang dilakukan oleh Kejaksaan Tinggi daerah. Jakarta: History Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Jakarta State University, 2021. This thesis examines the Prohibition of History Subject Books Based on the 2004 Curriculum. This study aims to explain how these books can be banned and how the process of implementing the banning of the books. The research method used in this study is the historical method which has stages, namely source collection (heuristics), verification (historical criticism of the validity of sources), interpretation (analysis and synthesis) and historiography or writing of historical research results. This research is presented descriptively-narrative, describing the events of the prohibition of the circulation of historical textbooks referring to the 2004 Curriculum. The study in this thesis discusses the history of the prohibition of books in Indonesia from the early colonial period to the reformation period as the background for the banning of textbooks for this subject, as well as the explanation of the contents of the 2004 curriculum which became the reference for the manufacture of this book. In the implementation of the prohibition of textbooks, it is explained what components are included in the implementation of the prohibition of books, namely the prohibition institution and the product of the prohibition law, then the process and mechanism of the banning of books, criteria for prohibited books, reasons for banning books and punishments for prohibiting books. In the process and mechanism for the banning of books, the flow of the banning of books is explained from the existence of complaints, research, the issuance of a decree prohibiting the circulation of the book to the raids and destruction of books carried out by the regional High Court.
