Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji komunikasi interpersonal pelatih futsal Wonderkids, ditinjau dari sifat komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal.Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet klub futsal putra Wonderkids berjumlah 30 orang. Dengan sampel atlet klub futsal putra Wonderkids yang menggunakan teknik total sampling atau servei dengan angket, maka hasilnya akan dapat dijelaskan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antara pelatih dan atlet klub futsal putra Wonderkids, ada pada kategori baik 70%, sedang 30% dan buruk 0%. Nilai rata-rata komunikasi interpersonal pelatih futsal di klub futsal putra Wonderkids berada pada kategori tinggi berdasarkan efektifitas penerimaan pesan yang diterima oleh atlet. Sementara itu, komunikasi interpersonal pelatih futsal dilihat dari subvariabel Komunikasi Verbal terdiri dari lima indikator dari indikator bahasa lisan 92,6%, kata 89,3%, bahasa tulisan 57%, gagasan 84,3%, dan diskusi 89,6%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar komunikasi interpersonal pelatih futsal di klub futsal putra Wonderkids dilihat dari subvariabel Komunikasi Verbal dari indikator gagasan yaitu sebesar 94,3%. Artinya komunikasi verbal melalui gagasan yang digunakan oleh pelatih futsal, dinilai sangat baik. Sedangkan, komunikasi interpersonal pelatih futsal dilihat dari subvariabel nonverbal terdiri dari delapan indikator. Dari indikator gerakan tangan 76%, gerakan kaki 65,6%, isyarat 80,6%, objek 83,3%, volume suara 76,6%, ekspresi wajah 77%, gambar 92,6%, tindakan 89,6%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar komunikasi interpersonal pelatih futsal di klub futsal dilihat dari subvariabel nonverbal gambar yaitu sebesar 92,6%. Artinya komunikasi nonverbal pelatih futsal di klub futsal putra Wonderkids sering menggunakan gambar kepada atlet dalam melatih. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal, Pelatih, Atlet The purpose of this study was to review the interpersonal communication of wonderkids futsal coach, judging by the nature of verbal and nonverbal communication. The population of this study is wonderkids men's futsal club athletes numbering 30 people. With a sample of Wonderkids men's futsal club athletes using total sampling or servei techniques with questionnaires, the results will be explained that interpersonal communication between coaches and athletes of wonderkids men's futsal club, is in the category of good 70%, medium 30% and bad 0%. The average value of interpersonal communication of futsal coaches in Wonderkids men's futsal club is in the high category based on the effectiveness of receiving messages received by athletes. Meanwhile, the interpersonal communication of futsal coaches was seen from the subvariable Verbal Communication consisted of five indicators of spoken language indicators of 92.6%, said 89.3%, written language 57%, ideas 84.3%, and discussions 89.6%. Based on the results of the analysis showed that most of the interpersonal communication of futsal coaches in wonderkids men's futsal club is seen from the verbal communication subvariable of the idea indicator which is 94.3%. This means that verbal communication through the ideas used by futsal coaches is considered very good. Meanwhile, the interpersonal communication of futsal coaches is seen from the nonverbal subvariable consisting of eight indicators. From the hand movement indicator 76%, foot movement 65.6%, cues 80.6%, objects 83.3%, sound volume 76.6%, facial expressions 77%, images 92.6%, actions 89.6%. Based on the results of the analysis showed that most of the interpersonal communication of futsal coaches in futsal clubs is seen from the nonverbal subvariable image of 92.6%. This means that nonverbal communication of futsal coaches in Wonderkids men's futsal club often uses images to athletes in training. Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, Coach, Athlete
