Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana manajemen kurikulum yang ada di Akademi Maritim Nasional Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. subfokus penelitian ini adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi manajemen kurikulum. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) perencanaan kurikulum di Program Studi Nautika Aman Jaya sudah dilakukan secara struktur yaitu adanya tim pengembangan kurikulum walaupun adanya perbedaan antara hasil wawancara dengan studi dokumentasi yaitu masih belum dilibatkannya alumni dalam penyusunan kurikulum, capaian pembelajaran yang sudah sesuai dengan standar KKNI yang dikembangan sesuai dengan standar internasional maritim, dan kegiatan program perguruan tinggi yang sudah tersusun. (2) Kegiatan pelaksanaan kurikulum di Aman Jaya dibagi 3 yaitu kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas saat pandemi tidak berjalan cukup baik, dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti kemampuan dosen dalam penguasaan teknologi saat PJJ dan kegiatan praktik yang terhambat, kegiatan kokurikuler dilaksanakan setiap tahun yaitu kunjungan kapal untuk para taruna, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ada yaitu kegiatan drumband dan pedang pora, serta adanya senat mahasiswa untuk menampung aspirasi mahasiswa.(3) tahapan evaluasi kurikulum terdapat beberapa aspek yang dievaluasi oleh tim perumus kurikulum yakni kurikulum, hasil belajar, perangkat pembelajaran dan evaluasi dosen dan hasil penilaian peserta didik atau taruna dengan masing-masing aspek tersebut memiliki ketercapaiannya. This study aims to see how the management of the existing curriculum at Akademi Maritim Nasional Jakarta Raya. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sub-focus of this research is planning, implementing, evaluating curriculum management. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, documentation and interviews. The data validity test was carried out using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that (1) curriculum planning in the Aman Jaya Nautical Study Program has been carried out structurally, namely the existence of a curriculum development team even though there is a difference between the results of the interview and the documentary study, namely that the alumni are still not involved in curriculum preparation, the learning outcomes are in accordance with the standards. KKNI which is developed in accordance with maritime international standards, and university program activities that have been structured. (2) The curriculum implementation activities in Aman Jaya are divided into 3, namely intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Learning activities in class during the pandemic did not go well enough, due to several factors such as the ability of lecturers to master technology during PJJ and obstructed practical activities, co-curricular activities carried out every year, namely ship visits for cadets, and extracurricular activities, namely drum band and sword pora activities. as well as a student senate to accommodate student aspirations. (3) in the curriculum evaluation stage, there are several aspects that are evaluated by the curriculum formulation team, namely the curriculum, learning outcomes, learning tools and lecturer evaluations and the results of assessments of students or cadets with each of these aspects having its achievements.
